The CSR/Inside Service Salesperson is responsible for developing a long-term relationship with the core customer base to keep services current and customer satisfaction at its best.
Job Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with the customer base through excellent customer service, responsiveness, and communication.
* Support the Service Manager by drafting professional proposals and delivering them to the customers with pleasant, well written email communications.
* Maintain an accurate and current quote log. Follow-up with customers on a regular basis and work to understand all the variables that go into their choice of service providers.
* Assist in the resolution of disputes as needed, always working towards a fair resolution for both the company and the Customer.
* Work directly with Outside Sales to determine the proper system settings for new accounts.
* Participate in collections efforts as needed for customers that become delinquent, always with the mindset of maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship.
Education & Experience:
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Three to five years of customer service or related industry experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
* Must have exceptional and prompt communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multi-task effectively.
* Strong computer skills.
